  FAQs,   Where are we located?

- We are online-based only, meaning we do not have a storefront. 

- Shipping times:

(2) Shipping Destinations

US warehouses support products for free in the United States, and the MLNshops system will automatically select the best warehouse for shipping based on your order address. 

 (3) Shipping methods for the United States

Standard shipping: delivery time of 5-8 business days (for reference)

Economic shipping: delivery time of 3-10 business days (for reference)

Expedited shipping: delivery time of 4-7 business days (for reference)

 The American standard shipping supports FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other shipping methods. MLNshops system will automatically match the best shipping methods according to the selling, product size, weight, and other factors. 

Please notice that if your street address contains the P.O. box, it may be judged as an abnormal order because some shipping methods do not support shipping to the address that contains the P.O. box. If it occurs, our customer service representative will notify you to modify the address or cancel the order.

 

4. Return:

• （1）For the return caused by end-customers such as the wrong address, address modified, not picked up, lost touch, rejected, etc.; When the returned products are received at the warehouse and signed for, after deducting the round-trip shipping fees and the re-packaging cost (if needed), MLNshops will arrange a refund.
• （2）For the return caused by a logistics service provider such as the packing slip destroyed/no specific reason, when the returned goods are received at the warehouse and signed for, MLNshops will arrange reshipping or refunds.
• The returned package should include all the original packaging, accessories, user manuals, and more. The MLNshops will refund within 7 business days after the returned product is received; if the distributor cannot provide evidence for the corresponding issues, the MLNshops will not process it.
• We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Evidence to be submitted:

1. 1. Photos of the outer box with a clear and complete packing slip.
2. 2. Photos of the broken products (Please clearly show the broken parts of the product).
3. 3. Screenshots of the returned orders on distributors’ online stores.
