The following is the order process, please be informed:

 

1. Product minimum order quantity

The minimum order quantity of the product is 500 per color per style. If the customer's quantity is less than the minimum order quantity or needs to mix colors, the unit price will be relatively higher. Please negotiate with our staff for details.

 

2. Product Quote

Customers can view product details and reference prices in the store, and then contact our staff to quote you after confirming the product. If it is the customer's own style, you can provide physical samples so that we can calculate a more accurate price, because the quotation based on the picture is only an estimate of the approximate price, and the price is still subject to the sample. The general quotation does not include tax. If a tax invoice is required, 3 points will be added to the general tax and 10 points will be added to the value-added tax.

 

3. Product proofing

Samples are a necessary process for cooperation between the two parties. Through samples, we can see the skills and product quality of our sample room masters, and then the two parties can cooperate. Proofing requires a certain amount of proofing fees. The proofing fee is not to make a little money from the sample fee, but the sample fee is a little money to maintain the daily operation of the sample room, such as the salary of the sample room master, the salary of the purchasing staff, the board making materials, the mold fee, etc. I hope that customers can understand us. The proofing fee is generally 300 yuan/item. The specific fee is determined according to the complexity of the sample style. Both parties can negotiate, and the sample fee can be refunded after the order is placed.

All product styles can be made according to the actual samples or pictures and design drawings provided by customers. Product materials can be selected according to customer requirements to control product cost unit price. According to customer requirements, the board will be delivered to the customer on time.

 

4. Order Signing

After both parties confirm the samples, the quantity, price, delivery date and mode of transportation have been negotiated. Either party can provide a contract. Both parties carefully read the contract and confirm that there is no objection. Both parties sign and seal to confirm the order. The order is legally effective and both parties must comply with it.

During the order production process, if the purchaser needs to add an order or change the product packaging, both parties need to sign a supplementary contract and renegotiate the price and delivery date.

The supplier must purchase materials and produce in bulk according to the samples confirmed by the customer. If the supplier fails to produce according to the delivery date and requirements of the contract, the purchaser has the right to refuse to accept the goods and demand compensation for losses and return of the deposit.

 

5. Payment Methods

After the contract is signed, a 30% deposit is required to be paid in advance. When the bulk of the goods are completed, a third party inspection can be arranged or the customer can inspect the goods directly. After no problems are found, the balance will be settled before shipment.

 

6. Production Process

After the contract is signed and the deposit is received, the finance department signs the purchase order. The salesperson must prepare the purchase order and production order, and specify the product materials, production process, delivery date, packaging requirements, precautions, etc.

After receiving the purchase order and the purchase fund, the purchasing department shall go to the material market to prepare materials. The materials must be prepared according to the contract and samples. They must not be inferior in quality or of short code or small quantity. If a poor purchase occurs, the purchasing department shall bear the corresponding responsibility and hand over the prepared materials to the production supervisor of the workshop. 

The workshop supervisor needs to carefully compare the pre-production samples, count the materials, and confirm that they are correct before arranging for the cutting machine master to cut the materials. 

The finishing work during production must be done well, only more products can be made, not less, and delivery must be made according to the quantity ordered by the customer.

 

7. After-sales service

We provide complete after-sales service. If there is any quality problem with the product, the customer can provide clear pictures of the defective part of the product, and our staff will handle and report it immediately, and agree to return the product to our factory for rework, replacement or re-production, etc.

1. Are you a direct factory?

A: Yes. We have our own factory with our own production workshop, development department, quality inspection department, etc. You are welcome to visit our factory at any time.

 

2. What if I pay the sample fee and the sample you make is not acceptable?

A: We have a professional board development department that will make boards strictly and seriously.

Let's think about it from another perspective. If the samples made by our factory are not good and do not meet the customer's requirements, we will not receive orders. The sample fee collected is just a small expense to maintain the daily operation of the model house. Without orders, the factory cannot survive. So we must do it and we will definitely do it well. 

 

3. Is your quotation too high? Is there a big difference between your estimated price and the actual price calculated from the sample?

A: Because we are our own factory, our prices are all based on the model of small profits and quick turnover, and we will not trade too many intermediate prices. We will provide quotation training for new salesmen, so the quotation will generally not be too different.
