30-Day Free Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. All returns are free — we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Eligibility: Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return: Contact us at support@mlnshops.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care/beauty products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges: Return your item, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU customers: You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Order cancellations: We accept cancellations before the order ships for a full refund.
