SHIPPING POLICY

This policy applies to all domestic (USA) orders. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

Shipping Methods for the United States

  • Standard shipping: 5-6 business days delivery time
  • Expedited options available at checkout

A. SHIPPING COST: FREE Standard Shipping on all orders

All prices are listed in USD dollars. We do not charge any membership fees.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME:

  • Order Processing: 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 2-3 business days for domestic shipments (Monday to Friday)
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day

C. DELIVERY CARRIERS: We use UPS, USPS, and FedEx to deliver your products safely and efficiently.

D. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS: We cannot change the delivery address once your order is in transit. If you need to modify the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@mlnshops.com or call us at +1-469-884-9466.

E. ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, we can accept cancellations at any time before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: If you receive a damaged parcel, please refuse delivery from the courier if possible and contact our customer service team immediately. If the parcel was delivered without you being present, please contact customer service within 48 hours with photos of the damage for next steps.

G. TRACKING INFORMATION: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

H. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Currently, we primarily serve domestic US customers. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team.
