BILLING TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Billing Terms & Conditions outline how MLNshops processes payments, handles billing disputes, and manages subscription charges. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.


1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Shop Pay
  • Other payment methods as displayed at checkout

2. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

  • By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout
  • You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • You represent that all billing information is accurate and current

3. PRICING AND CURRENCY

  • All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you complete your order
  • Prices include applicable sales tax where required by law

4. SALES TAX

  • Sales tax will be calculated and added to your order based on your shipping address
  • Tax rates are determined by state and local regulations
  • Tax amounts are shown separately at checkout before you complete your purchase

5. ORDER TOTAL AND CHARGES

Your order total includes:

  • Product price(s)
  • Applicable sales tax
  • Shipping fees (if applicable)
  • Any other fees disclosed at checkout

6. PAYMENT PROCESSING

  • Payment is processed at the time you place your order
  • Your payment method will be charged immediately upon order confirmation
  • You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and receipt

7. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING

For subscription products:

  • You will be charged automatically at the frequency selected at checkout (weekly, monthly, etc.)
  • Subscription charges occur the day after they are due at 10:00 AM Central Time
  • You authorize recurring charges until you cancel your subscription
  • Subscription prices may change with 30 days' notice

8. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails:

  • We will attempt to contact you via email
  • We may retry charging your payment method
  • Your order or subscription may be suspended or canceled if payment cannot be processed
  • You remain responsible for any amounts due, plus any collection costs

9. BILLING DISPUTES

If you believe there is an error in your billing:

  • Contact us within 30 days at support@mlnshops.com
  • Provide your order number and description of the error
  • We will investigate and respond within 10 business days
  • Refunds for billing errors will be processed to your original payment method

10. CHARGEBACKS

  • If you initiate a chargeback, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action
  • We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks
  • Chargeback fees may be passed on to you if the chargeback is found to be invalid

11. REFUNDS

  • Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours

12. CURRENCY CONVERSION

  • If your bank or card issuer is outside the United States, currency conversion may apply
  • Conversion rates and fees are determined by your financial institution
  • We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or rate fluctuations

13. PAYMENT SECURITY

  • We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information
  • We do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers
  • Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments and other secure payment processors
  • Never share your payment information via email or unsecured channels

14. PRICE MATCHING

  • We do not offer price matching with other retailers
  • We do not offer retroactive price adjustments if prices decrease after your purchase

15. PROMOTIONAL CODES AND DISCOUNTS

  • Promotional codes must be entered at checkout
  • Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated
  • Promotional codes cannot be applied to past purchases
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that abuse promotional codes
  • Promotional codes have expiration dates and terms that must be followed

16. BILLING INFORMATION UPDATES

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your billing information current and accurate
  • Updating payment methods before they expire
  • Notifying us of address changes

17. FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent

18. BUSINESS ACCOUNTS

For business purchases:

  • Provide accurate business information for invoicing
  • Business tax exemptions require valid documentation submitted before purchase
  • Net payment terms are not available unless pre-approved in writing
